At Tap For Files (https://tapforfiles.com), we specialize in digital products that are delivered electronically. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when you will receive your purchased files.

1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold through Tap For Files are digital — no physical goods will be shipped. Once your payment is successfully processed, your file(s) will be available for download (Instant Download).

You will receive your digital product using one of the following two delivery methods, depending on the system active at the time of your purchase:

➤ Method 1: In addition to a confirmation email, you will receive a separate email after checkout containing a link to a download page.

➤ Method 2: After checkout, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page and also receive a confirmation email, both containing an “access downloads” link.
Follow these steps:

✔️ Clicking that link will lead you to your order status page, where a download link will appear.
✔️ For added security, you may be asked to enter the email used during checkout.
✔️ A unique access code will then be sent to your inbox.
✔️ Enter this code to unlock your secure download area.
✔️ You can also revisit our website and click “log in” to access your files at any time.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Instant Access: Most downloads are available immediately after purchase.
If you don’t receive your download access within 15 minutes:
✔️ Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
✔️ Visit our website and click “log in” using the email you used at checkout to access your secure download area.
Still no access? Contact us at contact@tapforfiles.com — we’ll resend it quickly.

3. Delivery Methods
Digital products may be delivered through:
✅ An email with a link to a download page
✅ A confirmation page and confirmation email, both containing an access downloads link
✅ A secure customer login portal (if applicable)

4. Non-Delivery
If you experience issues accessing your files:

  • Make sure your email address was entered correctly during checkout
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
  • Try logging in again on our website

Still need help? Contact us at contact@tapforfiles.com (please include your order number and purchase details) — we’ll make sure your file is sent to you promptly. (We’ll respond to you as soon as possible — within a maximum of 2 business days).

5. File Availability Duration
Your files will remain accessible for an extended period after purchase. However, we strongly recommend downloading and saving them to your device as soon as possible to ensure permanent access.
