We put great care into designing and delivering high-quality digital products that are instantly accessible, easy to use, and clearly described. Because our files are downloadable and cannot be "returned", all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may occur. If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, please email us at contact@tapforfiles.com

We’ll review your request carefully and, if it turns out to be a valid concern, we’ll take action to either send you the correct file or offer a promo code or store credit of equal value — as a gesture of goodwill.

✅ Valid cases may include:

  • You received the wrong file
  • A technical issue on our side prevented access to your file
  • The product description clearly did not match the actual content
  • You accidentally purchased the same item twice

➡️ In these cases, we will gladly fix the issue by sending you the correct file (exchange) or, if needed, offering a promo code of equal value to use on a future purchase. 

This process does not involve any refund, and your original order stays active.

❌ Promo codes or store credits will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or printer
  • Personal preferences if the product matches its description
  • Misunderstanding about the nature of the product (e.g., expecting a physical item)

🔁 Exchange

If you received the wrong file or a technical issue prevented proper access, we will gladly send you the correct version at no extra cost.
This type of exchange does not involve refunds, and the original purchase remains valid.

Deadline and Processing Time for Requests

Any issue or request related to your order must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests sent after this period may not be reviewed.
Once we receive your message, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible and provide a solution in line with the conditions outlined above.
Most requests are reviewed and answered within 2 business days.
