How do I receive my digital files after purchase?

Once your purchase is completed, your file(s) will be available for download (Instant Download). You will receive your digital product using one of the following two delivery methods, depending on the system active at the time of your purchase:

➀ Method 1: In addition to a confirmation email, you will receive a separate email after checkout containing a link to a download page.

➀ Method 2: After checkout, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page and also receive a confirmation email, both containing an β€œaccess downloads” link.
Follow these steps:

βœ”οΈ Clicking that link will lead you to your order status page, where a download link will appear.
βœ”οΈ For added security, you may be asked to enter the email used during checkout.
βœ”οΈ A unique access code will then be sent to your inbox.
βœ”οΈ Enter this code to unlock your secure download area.
βœ”οΈ You can also revisit our website and click β€œlog in” to access your files at any time.

⚠️ Please note: Your files remain accessible for an extended period. However, we recommend downloading and saving them as soon as possible.

Β I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?

No worries β€” here’s what you can do:

  • Make sure your email address was entered correctly during checkout
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
  • Try logging in again on our website

How long do I have access to my files?

Your files remain accessible for an extended period. However, we recommend downloading and saving them as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and more) through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other trusted global providers. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely.

My file looks different when printed. Why?

Print results may vary depending on your printer, paper type, and settings. We recommend testing with one page first.

Do you offer refunds for digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products β€” which are instantly accessible and non-returnable β€” all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, if you experience a real issue β€” such as receiving the wrong file or encountering a technical error β€” we encourage you to contact us through our form for quick assistance. You may also email us directly at contact@tapforfiles.com if needed.

We review each case individually and, if your request is reasonable and well-justified, we will gladly resolve the issue by sending you the correct file or offering a promo code of equal value as a gesture of goodwill.

Can I exchange a file or change my order?

If you received the wrong file or a technical issue prevented proper access, we will gladly send you the correct version at no extra cost.

This type of exchange does not involve refunds, and the original purchase remains valid.
